I just opened the door to my new studio and I could cry!!! So much stuff piled in, and I’m eally desperate to sort it out but I’m working 7 day weeks right now (for no pay - oh, the joy of building your own business from scratch!) Farewell horrible old house and horrible old landlord. You will NOT be missed … this is what he yelled at me over … he wanted me to pay to have this ancient monstrosity (defunct back boiler) removed from his house … because I had asked him to remove the unsafe “fire surround”/botch job when I first moved in.
